Hi all I have 4 yoe in IT industry out of which 2.6 years as java developer and 1.5 year as data engineer. My skill right now is Databricks, pyspark,sql,aws,python Package is 7.47 fixed I know that I'm underpaid but after being best performer in my team also i didn't get a good hike I am thinking of switch and will start preparing Can anyone please suggest how to start How to get deep knowledge in pyspark Going through YouTube videos

whatever skills you've mentioned, you should work on that....and for pyspark start from basic like core concepts, architecture and then move to coding part....same goes for every other skill!
