Trending @Accenture; What is the scope for funtional tester in Accenture CL-10? Should i think of a new technology or will i find projects for Functional testing?
My two cents: (with priority levels) If you want to stick in testing profile then shift to api and automation testing. (Top)
If you want to transition to dev, then you have to upskill accordingly in a stack. (Depends on your current situation and other factors in your life if you can really put those hours, as this path will take time)
If you want to transition into a business analyst role, that is fairly possible and can do it. (Medium)
You should move up your game from Testing to scrum master or business analyst. Alternate way round like switching to a dev profile can benefit you much more if you like coding.
