Trending @Accenture; What is the Resignation Procedure in Accenture?
Should I first write an email to my manager and speak to him or should I raise exit request first in the portal? Also I would like to get an early exit.
Please give me your views on this.
I’ve recently resigned, and I put in the request on SNow first. My PL reached out to me 3-4 days later and Senior Manager is yet to connect (its been almost a month).
On the early exit - Rare for Accenture to release early, as the approval needs to come from MD level.

Just speak to your PL first as a courtesy and raise request on snow ASAP that day only don't wait if pl doesn't reply or anything.

For early exit if you're not important to project they might release you early or ask HR that you want to use your leaves for early release. They can deny it if you're doing important work.
How many days to update mobile number on portal as updated on Friday . No update yet.
