And if you fail to clear it then they will ask you to resign on the last day of evaluation .
And you will be terminated on that day itself , you will become a immediate joiner , plus you will get that months salary + 3 months salary + leave encashment~ 4.5 months salary at that month end.

Are you sure about it? They give severance pay for this?
Moreover do they provide any bad feedbacks for the candidate which can cause him trouble with future opportunities?

My friend got sacked in this same manner on feb 17 th , and no there won’t be anything written on the releaving letter , it will be same as everyone else.

If you are in a project , your supervisor will connect with you and tell you will be going through pip and you will officially get a mail regarding that . The pip will last for little bit more than one month that is 30 working days.
After every 7 working day you will be evaluated, you will be given specific project tasks from your supervisor and they will provide feedback on how is your performance for every week .
Notice the tone with which they review your performance, sometimes they have already decided to terminate you , if thats the case start preparing for outside jobs immediately . If things are going good and you get good feedback then you will clear your pip. And things will get back normal as usual.
Keep in mind pip is a confidential thing so you can’t say anyone that you got pip.
The bad thing about pip is two bonus you will not get any money even if you clear it. You will not get promoted also next two cycle.
