Trending @Accenture; What is the process of organization initiated transfer? Manager and HR approval only required ?

Who has to raise OIT request. PMO or we ? And from where to raise??

My manager said he has no issues with my relocation and he also said that he didn't have authority to change location. He said try to connect with pmo and resolve it.

Will the pmo accept my request or any issues ?

Ultimately for OIT project has to bear the cost, hence approval is needed from project. It can vary from project to project on how approval system is set but I believe final approval has to be from DU lead post agreement with manager and HR
