Trending @Accenture; What is the process of Analyst to Consultant promotion in Management Consulting - Strategy & Consulting?

There is no process. Promotion depends on how close you are to the influential people in the team. Doing good work is not enough. You’ve to “network” with the right people and butter them up. After doing it for 2-3 years, you’ll have a shot at promotion. Still no surety. Many Analysts in my team are still Analysts after 3+ years.
