Trending @Accenture; What is the one thing you hate about working here at Accenture ?

I am completely unmotivated to work here anymore. Accenture treats me like I am a slave and it is killing me on the inside.

I hate the fact that I need to work all day and all night while the lead gets away with presenting everything and taking credit while doing no work.

The worst thing? Her manager accepts this and encourages this.

How much efforts you put....... Hikes keep aside atleast they won't recognize you for it. They just believe what clients are saying... We have the worst clients...... And they are making us slaves.... I did not seen the worst company like this..... 🙏

Even if the client shares good things about you, all the benefits goes to managers favourites. Favouritism to the core.

Majority of the leads and managers lack a spine, they don't have any clue how to manage a team, they got there just because of yoe, not based on capability, to me that's the most alarming issue, incompetent people advising competent folks.

Seriously, I too faced the same situation. I can't tolerate this anymore. I think this toxic culture is normal in Accenture. Hope to move on soon

No sense of belongingness. You are being moved from one project and other and your practice only give a damn about your chargebility. I have been to 5 projects in last 2 years with no certainty on the duration. One a client or leadership decides to pause the funding and there we go…all our efforts wasted, nothing delivered.
