It depends on the rating your manager gives with promotion and also the current salary range you have... usually max hike doesn't cross 25% on average you may aspect between 18 - 24

In general it's 16℅. but it depends....

20 to 25 for Promotion..

Based on the time last December-2024 we have received only 13 percent hike for promotion which is very less even though we are billable 100 percent
