Hike % is irrelevant. People at same level can have 5-10 lakh fixed difference. So its not necessary they will get the same % hike

@Crispydorito absolutely correct! I only got 20% when I see majority in this poll getting 25% and even more !
When I asked my people lead he said I am already over paid so 20% was the max they could give !
