The future of MS 365 and SharePoint Support Engineer in our company is uncertain. We are in the era of automation and AI, and roles like this can be easily replaced. It's high time for the company to invest in upskilling their employees rather than laying them off. In my opinion, the company's approach towards its employees is highly questionable.
