Trending @Accenture; What is the formula for calculating leave encashment during fnf settlement?

I saw somewhere it's basic salary (per month) * hours of your earned leaves divided by 2350.

So if someone is getting basic of 1lakh/month then he/she would get for 200 hours of earned leave only 8.5k?

(Annual fixed pay / 2350) * number of hours in earned leave.. That should give a more reasonable number

There is, and it depends on your tagged work location. Each state has a different number. DIPA should have answers to all these queries
