Trending @Accenture; What is the expected hike for this March cycle?

Accenture's approach to salary hikes, in my opinion, is like a slow-moving government office. Despite our hard work, the expected hike is often disappointing. It's like expecting a mango tree from a mango seed overnight. It's high time they reevaluate their policies and reward their employees appropriately.
