Trending @Accenture; What is the effect of using unassigned charge code?
I have just got roll off this 31st August as the project got completed.Till now I have not got any project my PLE told to use unassigned charge code until I get any project. Till how many days we are safe to use the unassigned charge code?
Effects are less variable pay nothing else and in 1-2 months HR will connect you and pressure you to find a project if not getting any will ask you to resign too
Thank you for the reply sir,just want to give some additional info that right now I am not on the bench I have received the hard lock mail,but they told that it is only the internal movement in the project of the same client, and that internal movement is upto jan 2026.
If you got hardlock in any project but still not assigned to any team or practically in a project bench you should ask PMO or PL to provide you with project bench charge code which has 0 chargeability not the unassigned charge code bcz after some time someone from Accenture or HR will ask you to do a adjustment in myte for that unassigned time with a valid charge code.
