I need suggestion... my TL has discussed with manager Nd suggested my name to my manager for promotion and she said she will consider if HR ppl gives quota ...I was following up with my TL to xheck with manager...in April last week I have asked..he said he didn't get any further update from manager yet...

I'm thinking to followup now again with my TL ...will it be worth to give a shot? Or nothing gonna change as everything might have already decided by now.????
