1. Only after the candidate is selected for Accn or selection is not the criteria to get paid?

You can take max 8 interview per month to get paid.

2. Amount is credited end of month or when? What is process?

Selection is not criteria to get paid.

Not 8. Minimum 4 interview to get paid.
