Trending @Accenture; What is the concept of capability within ATCI

This shitty concept is like a blocker everywhere, project says you guys charge more since you are from capability. Capability says we don’t care what wonders you do in the project, you needs to do wonders for our unorganised capability then only we may discuss hike or promotions. What the hell is this ridinkulous capability!!!
