Trending @Accenture; What is the bench policy at Accenture?

HR told my friend that if you don't get a project within 90 days while in bench, after 90 days you have a risk of termination. But my lead told me that if you don't get project within 45 days while in bench then you get terminated. Which one is correct? Is it 45 days or 90 days? Upto how many days wr are safe in bench without project?
