Trending @Accenture; What is the bad effect if I take resignation back.

Hi All, I recently resigned from accenture. I have two offer of 14 and 18LPA but both are of 100% non tech. I want to take my resignation. What worst can happen in if I take back my resignation . I am worried If I joined the company . I will loose my technical part it . It will be difficult to come back to technical. What do you suggest guys? I have one more question does accenture bans if some one resigned and take back resignations and resign with in 6 month employee will get banned?

Why don't you try joining that non tech job, since offer is too good? I mean what kind of non tech job is it? As per my opinion join that non-tech job , upscale yourself because you would get MORE time here since you won't have any technical project work. Try building your DSA and Algorithmic skills, create your real time projects. This way you would have very very strong resume.
Add-on: try freelancing projects as side gig. Benefit? More money and more knowledge on real time projects too.
You would have major benefit which all of us tech guys don't have, which is TIME However I don't see any non-tech guys working constantly as any tech guys work.
I would see benefits more here.
If I'm in your shoes. I would consider this opportunity.

At the end choose wisely

This non-tech job is all about onboarding, client into tool I am not sure if it has a scope.

Check once with recruiter, if you can fit into their tech team and then proceed.

I think you should look for some more technical role in your notice period. How much days are left for you?

You can try talking to your manager and get to know what he thinks, if he even tries to stop you or not and if he does then, maybe you can get a hike here at Accenture itself and then you can take your resignation back

Hike I am not getting for sure . That is not what I am worried about . They have put one girl in PIP in last cycle just because she resigned and then he took back.
