Trending @Accenture; What is the average (overall) experience needed to go from CL10 to CL9? Is there any default promotions for this move?

There is no such thing as number of years, based of favouritism it’s happening!

I got hired at cl 9 after 5 years work experience. This is for consulting

From what I’ve noticed, employees spend 3-4 years (sometimes even 2 but in special cases) as Senior Analyst (CL10) before getting promoted to Specialist (CL9).

There is no default promotion for any CL beyond CL12.
