Can you do that with accenture work load ?
Accenture never had workload just training loads 🤣.
In fact I have worked in startups prior to working at Accenture so my productivity and quality is 5 times better than Accenture’s old employees.
Thus my manager always over estimates for me ( she doesn’t know ) but that estimation is perfect for other teammates. If she estimates for 8 hours, I finish my work within 3 hours and deliver by 7.5 hours.
Not even single best practices i learned from work , learning concepts n doing projects from net is okay but I fear when switch I will struggle lot because of this ,
I didn't learn one proper domain , everything is half baked. I m stuck in tutorial hell and I'm getting payed for learning from internet using accenture resource with namesake project tag
Any advice / motivation for this
What’s stopping me from switching from accenture is : Jo fursat se Accenture ne Hagga hai pure market me pichle 2 saalo se wo raita bahut jyada fail gya hai
1.Work from Home
2.Less work load in my project.
3.Less opportunity outside
If you think leaving Accenture is panacea to all your suffering, you are in a for a rude shock. Aage kua, peecha khai wali situation hai. I switched from other company to Accenture. It’s all same man. There is no respite anywhere unless you crack FANG.
A good opportunity
Nothing or nobody stops anyone except self created boundaries and fears.
