Just out of curiosity, what causes someone to be added in PIP?
Mostly when you don’t meet hygiene factors - like not enough chargeability at your level, lack of trainings, BD’s. If any back feedback from client continuously.
The most trickiest is if you are OTAL (Over time at level) and doesn’t have any promotion recommendation, you will be directly put into PIP even though you don’t faulter at any of the above hygiene factors
I heard that higher management is asking managers to mandatorily put some employees into pip.
Just asking I am at L10 for 40 MAL. Do you think this is an OTAL?
when they don't like you personally, they put you in pip. And then they will give you some baseless absurd reason.
If they resign during pip they not able to join accenture. And not able to get hike for year. And also not able to move to projects
