I was checking my individual data on my own profile and it says "Months at Level" - 24 and "Job Profile Progression Model Designation - NPCE - Non Pace

"Months at Level" means you've been at your current job level for 24 months. "NPCE - Non Pace" means your promotions follow a set order without skipping levels.
