Trending @Accenture; What is minimum service period in a project to be able to roll out

What is the minimum service period to get roll off from the project?
I recently tagged to one project 1 and half a month back and there was no much communication so I was not aware of the project much , after the introduction call I realised that it is not what I want to continue with, and asking for relief, that is when my manager is saying it is not possible it is a no from us Asked to check with HR , where she is claiming it to be 18 months
My manger somehow said you need to serve 90 days
I donno how to proceed with HR intervention claiming to be 18 months
What can I do here
Oh my god, Accenture is truly pathetic there is moral , I asked them the same that I can work 6 months and leave , but they claim it depends on the requirement so we don't approve roll out ,
But when it is promotion cycle they will roll out few stating various reasons mainly budget or something
They say we are not learning anything when they don't even provide us any scope , make us work rotational shifts sometimes had to extend and again no salary hike no appreciation no promotion
And when you are on a project others will say that your work is irrelevant, when we say the same thing and ask relief they say these things
Minimum 6months -1 yr Maximum 3-10 yrs.
That depends upon some factors,
- Your manager
- Your performance
- Vacancies
Recently there's a trend going on Accenture, if anyone asks for a roll off , managers put that person in PIP
