How to calculate the leave encashment amount ? Is it based on basic or ctc? Does we have any reference doc?

It is based on basic salary.

If you basic salary is 25k and if you have 30 earned leave balance then you will get 25k.

What do you mean by basic salary ? The in-hand salary or just the basic component of In-hand?
