Trending @Accenture; what is audit and red flag for a project and how it will affect me ?
We had a project with a European client which was to go live in December but due to in-decision from client and my own team, I don’t think we will be able to deliver. There was lot blame game between our team and toxicity as usual.
Later from delivery head I heard talking about red flags and audit from american team and if project will be delayed more then accenture can stop the project all together.
I wanted to know what is this red flag and audit ? and how will it affect me?
Accenture is known to overcommit and set unrealistic timelines for most projects. Just to win the contract.
Red flag means serious issues in a project, like delays. An audit is a detailed review. If flagged, expect more scrutiny and pressure. It might affect your workload or project role.
