Variable pay at Accenture usually ranges from 8% to 10% of the variable component. It's calculated on the variable part of your CTC, not the fixed salary.

oh, but in offer letter it states 0-27% of base pay. So suppose I am getting a 10lc variable at 27%. So u are saying on avg I will get like 80k-1lc? I'm just confused here. @ExhaustedCaribou
