Trending @Accenture; What if I don't complete pip goals??

HR told immediate exit on the 30th day of pip But will I be given severance? Will I be able to join Accenture in future? Or can I get a chance to try to work on some other project?

Anyone who is terminated on the basis of PIP is mostly likely not going to be able to hired again in Accenture. I know this because... Let's just say I know this.
