IT companies do make profits from the people on the bench. I was on the bench for more than 8 months.

It's not good. HR will start creating pressure upon you. You have to change location in case projects match to other location facilities. I hope you didn't stop looking for other jobs.

I'm currently looking but for a power bi role these's less opening so I changed my primary skill from PBI to ssms sql but till now they're saying we need hands on we don't train CL11
