Want's to know: If someone’s been on a project for a long time and then moves to a new client, would there be any policy issue if they leave within a week or so after onboarding to new client? Wondering how it usually works here ?

Once your manager allows you to leave the project, you get sometime depends on your importance like a week, or month.

He won't leave me from project that easily, that's for sure, I'm thinking how to inform him,
Not sure what action he will take if I revel about my resignation now

Then you're screwed man, it's all on managers. Inform with ease and with calmness, this is what it is and ask him you need change of scenery and all
