PIP means you will not get a hike and promotion, layoff rarely happens at ASE level

Any idea when PIP results will be communicated??

HR and managers to save people who are working in a proj can give PIP to people on bench , has happened earlier also ….. the longer a perosn is on bench , higher the chances of getting PIP

No, PIP cannot be given to people on bench. But layoff can still happen
