Trending @Accenture; What does Accenture HR do?

I heard within Accenture, that not to go HR. As HR does nothing against any complaints. There are few emails going in and out and then life continues as usual. But they keep the points as notes so that they can bring it up against managers as poor management etc etc .. Open door policy is also for such advantages only..

So I am wondering what exactly good does an HR do within Accenture?

I'm sure if layoffs hit accenture, HRs will be the first one to leave the org....

If layoff hits also some characterless ADs still be there in internal DUs , higher management is very much aware of this , & they don't lay off those because those Sms and Ads having 0 technical skills, they will not get job anyver so just sake of saving Accenture brand fame they still be there on those internal DUs

They are the worst, starting from hiring, I have a close friend of mine whose duration between final interview and offer letter was 8months (in the mean time he joined and resigned from another company) Also internally HR is absolute waste, most of the times you will see them busy, even if you reach out to them no response. Once you email CC-ing your leadership they would respond within 24hours. Half of the HR team could be slashed easily, wouldn't make much difference that part is anyways taken up by 'AskDipa'

At least in small companies I have heard HR does Rangoli or games are organised? Now I am just wondering what does Accenture HR do? Only calls when a person resign or joins? What else??? 🧐🤔

They take care of fatty cattle's emotions, I meant their SMs and Ad, if they have crush on their daughter's age emp and the gal rejects that person, hr helps their level best to put that gal on pip irrespective of, she is top performer having lots of good client feedback, then melo drama happens , few project come to save that emp & HRs are the director of this entire story
