Trending @Accenture; What could be the consequences of not following WFO policy from Feb 3, 2025 given that my team is distributed at BLR/Europe(not my base loc)

My manager said may be they wont give any hike or VP . So anyways we dont get any 😆

The consequences are yet to be discovered. But we've been told that office presence will be monitored this time round.

Really hard to say at this point. People like me already coming to office thrice a week from 2022 end. due to my shitty project. So nothing new for me.

i doubt not giving VP and all.. this is done in TCS. may be thats why he said. I am on senior position but i never heard anything like this in HR session or SM sessions. but yes, they will track the attendance.. I go once a week and feels refreshing :) i guess thats what they are trying to promote..
