You don't have many options, better get clarity on compensation and start job hunting. Usually Full and Final settlement give 6 month of income, so you can survive 7-8 month without any issue. But use time very wisely, take LinkedIn and Naukri premium plan, go for certification, reach out to community and ex-colleague for help.

Are they giving you 3 months salary if yes resign and go home and find better opportunities you'll get as you are an immediate joiner

Did they offer 3+2 months salary? If yes, take it.

Why? Were you on bench? Or it's due to rto?

If they ask us to resign by ourself for reasons.. still they give salary for extra 3 months ?
