In my opinion, before saying yes to a project, one should evaluate the project's scope, the team's competence, and the client's reputation. However, at Accenture, we often find ourselves in a situation where we are forced to accept projects without these considerations due to the company's profit-driven approach. This can lead to a stressful work environment and project failures.
