Trending @Accenture; What are the possible outcomes.

Hi, I joined Accenture last year February. Chargeable in a client project from last August. So I dont think I am eligible for a promotion in June cycle . some few things i wanna know.

i.Will I get any hike in June ? ii. Will bonus be default one or will be depending on project. iii. Will I be eligible for promotion in December Cycle ?
