Trending @Accenture; What are the expectations from Business Architecture Team Lead ?

Hello Everyone, I have joined accenture 3 weeks ago as a Business Arch Team lead after completing my MBA. Currently I am undergoing some heavy technical trainings, so does this role involve technical activities which engineer does or functional activities which manager does??

Also, there are people who are hired as Technology Consultants, so what the difference between Tech Consultants and Business a Architecture Team lead in terms of work as they both are at CL-9 ???
