Trending @Accenture; What are the eligibility criteria for project change/internal movement?

I joined Accenture in June last year and am working on a SAP project. I'm thinking of changing my project to Service Delivery/Project Management. I'd like to know the eligibility criteria for the same.

Please feel free to suggest other roles too as I'm having health issues with constant shift rotations. I'd like to move into a role with a stable shift.
