Trending @Accenture; What are the chances of getting a hike this year? There are rumours going around that theres no hike this year as well

It depends. There were hikes last year for some people in my project amid the bad market. My manager got promoted and few other people got promoted as well.

This has been a mystery every year regarding the hikes. Nothing can be assumed till Nov comes when it would be communicated to us on the hikes. Yes last year a few people got promoted, I guess this was retaining some of the high performing employees.

Till Sep .. we shouldn't expect anything.
