I know the following for shift allowance Normal shift : 9-5 : no shift allowance Afternoon shift : 10-6 or 11-7/8 : 200/- per day u work. Night shift : after 6pm or later then 500/- per day u work

Also I don't think so shift allowance depends on CL level. Everyone gets the same, it depends on the timing. But not very sure. In my project it depended on shift timing
