Trending @Accenture; What are chances of getting PIP again if one have got before
I got PIP in December 2024, I cleared it. Project got changed. Now can they again give PIP in June 2025 ? or they can only give in December cycle ? What is the future in Accenture after getting PIP ?

Once you are in PIP and cleared
There is no rule that you can't be put in PIP again
Even if you get PIP and you challenged no one will back you up for the reason of your history PIP
I would suggest to talk to your manager and make sure you won't get PIP. There is good chance that you cannot join Accenture again if they give PIP and fire you
If you don't improve then be ready for another one soon
Unless you are under performing. If your performance is good with daily updates I hope they won’t put you in PIP. Why to give a chance when u know the work or trying to update on daily basis with or without blockers.
