I find myself in a challenging situation at work. While my manager and supervisor expect me to be in the office for 2-3 days a week, they themselves only come in once or twice a month. When I requested to work from home due to my hometown being in a different city, unfortunately, they did not agree. I'm unsure of the next steps. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just discuss it out with your other teammates. If they are all working from ofc you might very well need to work from ofc. It all depends on your Sr Manager and team

I don’t have teammates it’s just me, supervisor and manager that’s all and they both are working from home and they want me to work from office. I don’t feel it’s fair

Totally unfair. Is your project internal or client?

I'm into a project for Client and they ask me to come ofc two times a week. Will it affect if I don't go to office ?
