Hi,
My base location is assigned as Noida DDC4, but DDC3 is closer to my home. Would it be possible for me to work from the DDC3 office instead? I wanted to confirm whether my access card will work at DDC3 of if it is accessible does it record my hours or if it's restricted to DDC4 only.

You can work from any office with the base location. Even I do the same in Bangalore. My assigned location is BDC 7 but I have been going to BDC 6 from past couple of months now since that is close to my place.
If i don't tell anyone and just visit each week it would be fine right ?
That should be fine untill your manager has any problem. Better to keep them in loop and not give a topic for discussion.
You can clearly point that out. For me travelling consumed hell lot of time, I informed my manager and things were okay. Never faced any issue from anyone till now.

Access cards work at all offices across the country. And also it will record your hours at that location but not sure if that is acceptable.
Oh, it will work. Yeah, even if I ask my manager about this, surely he will decline. That's why I was thinking to go directly to DDC3, but I'm not sure.
