Trending @Accenture; WFO during Notice Period

What will be the consequences if I don't go to office in np? And if I get automatic mail about office presence. What to say if my PL insist me to go to office?. I could see everywhere they are saying in np they won't ask us to WFO. But what if PL does?. Do we have any link to refer like who are having exemption from WFO?.

For notice period employees I dont think it’s mandatory, I didn’t visit office for 2months straight when I was serving np.

I’m in my np. One month left.
Didn’t go to office in a month. No one has asked me anything about going to office since np started. It all depends on your relationship with your manager

it depends on project but in np they won't consider if you going to office or not

Nothing will happen. Just stay home and enjoy np. Nothing they will do. I served np. For the last 4 months I have never visited the office and for the last 15 days I have not opened my laptop. Jo ukhadna h ukhar le I was serving notice period with this mindset.

Better why to take a chance. If it's possible for you to visit then you must. Rare chances for any disciplinary action they would take. But go once in two weeks at least.
