How do you make friends in office when your project folks don't work from the office? They all are in different cities 🙃

you go upto them talk to them get to know their work a bit, then ask them about their work life balance then weekend plans then as per your interest you can dig deep in their work or personal life or whatever you guys end up talking about... add their contact be in touch and deepen your relationship by hanging out if theirs chance or the best bitch about your shitty work and all xD
Better you make a discord group of your same skillset community and engage them with on topic and off topic chats
