I have my project base office in say in HDC3 can i go to HDC4 (Same location Hyderabad but different office what will be reflected in my presence in office mail will it consider my attendance or not)

Even if you go to the Mumbai office your attendance will come present don't worry, i know some people whose base location is in banglore but they are going to the nearest location and their attendance is also coming as present, you can try for one week you'll see yourself
I tried this and attendance was marked but not sure how long we can practice this.

No you cannot I asked my hr the same thing, but she told you should report to your base location only
