Trending @Accenture; Wfh in tier 2 cities during night shifts

I have a query regarding wfo policies... Like my base location is Bhubaneswar which is not fully operational(operational time 8am to 8pm)... So can I just do wfh during the night shifts... Though they have told that it will go fully operational from this month... but I think it would take some more time to go fully operational...
