What should we need to do if Manager and HR refuse to give WFH for festivals?? I want to take 2 whole weeks WFH 3rd and 4th week of October. Can anyone can help?
If I get non-compliant mail, what action Accenture takes on that?


I skipped office for 2 week straight nothing happens.More u will seek permission more drama u will invite as HR need some work and entertainment too

Yup this is absolutely true, last month i told 4day leave and one mandatory, pl called to reduce leave and i came to my native place. I said i will reduce leave but give me permission to work from my nearest location and drama start to seek permission approval and so on.

See bro what i goona do is i skip office for one week(told my supervisor he said if anyone asked just tell medical reason)and for other week i have taken full week leave

raise a exception with proper reason it will get approved…play safe bro…

I tried to play safe by consulting with my manager and HR but they don't want to listen, I also mentioned that I need to complete some paperwork related to recent hospitalization which is true but still they are not accepting it. No exception to RTO

then make a medical prescription of some disease and apply then they can’t stop you…

I took 4 days leave and 1 day diwali leave is mandatory. Another week I was planning to skip. Since 90% nobody will notice.

Bhai maine bhi same socha but usse client affect hoga phir vo mere management ko bolega phir ghum phir kr mere pr hi aaega, agr pta rhta ki yeh hone wala h to phle hi kh deta unko. But ab option bhi ni h. Company ko employees se koi mtlb ni policy break ni honi chahiye.
