I will go to my hometown for 2-3 weeks. What to take exception or leave. To get rid of that one day swipe ins. 🙂 Any ideas !! I dont think they gonna give leave for 2-3weeks thou.

Take one day leave in each week and say to them you planned on those days

You can raise an exception get it approved by manager. HRs anyway going to reject but your project won't question you further.

Just take permission from your manager if he's ok with that. If not it's a risk you'll have to take and get emails 2-3 weeks is fine if you were regular going to office
