Trending @Accenture; Week ago , there was call with HR regarding the performance, review, outcomes and trust me if HR is not sure if we are going to get any appraisal in coming cycle 🥹😥

The hike cycle is June and Dec only right

HR'S don't decide the appraisal. At my time as well they had mentioned there will be no strictly promotions, but still 4 people from our project got promoted.
