Is it so pity situation that you don't have enough family, relatives and friends that now you are planning to invite manager and temporary colleagues

You can send but best not to involve office folks and maintain your privacy as people tend to judge many things .

Actually not that much close with team members or manager as we are from different locations.Only notifying of leave and without inviting is it ok?Having some dilemma on this

If you really want to invite your team members, send on individual email , that is absolutely fine if sending through and on official Ids. If they are really close you can directly share over WhatsApp

It's absolutely okay, I even sent my marriage invitation to all my team members including the supervisor a few months back. So, no worries in that

It's perfectly fine to send the invite but if you're sending mail only to notify everyone instead of inviting actually that is not required. Invite only those who are really close to you and inform your manager that you'll apply leaves for these many days for your marriage.
